Tech Support for the new weBoost has had some changes! We are now Customer Support, and are here to help with tech questions, sales questions, product recommendations and more. In response to your requests, we are now providing more ways we can be reached.

To make it easier to contact us, we have added an exciting new feature! You are now able to initiate a chat with us! We are available to chat from 8 AM-7 PM (MST) Monday thru Friday. Outside of those hours, you can still leave us an offline chat that will come right to us, and we will respond within 48 hours. This is an exceptionally helpful tool for those of you who don’t have enough signal inside your home to make a call. We are excited for this great new tool that will allow us to help you in an easier and faster way.

We are now open from 7AM to 7PM Mountain Time, Monday thru Friday, and 8 AM to 5 PM every weekend.  We still have our email, but it has changed. You will want to email us at [email protected], or call us at 866-294-1660 for all of your cell booster needs.
