Product Description

The weBoost Basic Home is an affordable multi-user cell signal booster, designed exclusively to enhance cellular connectivity on two of the largest US carrier networks: AT&T and Verizon.

With 60 dB max gain, the Basic Home is capable of boosting cell signal inside one large room in a home or apartment. Setup is easy. The outside panel antenna can be mounted to an exterior wall, attached to a pole, or clamped on a rooftop vent pipe by hand—based on convenience or user preference. The inside desktop antenna is designed for placement on a desk, table, or shelf in the middle of the desired coverage area.

Within the booster’s range, AT&T and Verizon subscribers will enjoy fewer dropped calls, better voice quality, greater hotspot capability, and faster internet speeds. Basic Home is compatible with all AT&T and Verizon cell phones, tablets, hotspots, and cellular-connected devices.

How It Works

Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.

1

Receives
Signal

The booster's antenna reaches out to the cell tower to access voice and data signals.

2

Transmits
Signal

The booster receives the outside signal from the outside antenna.

3

Boosts
Signal

The booster amplifies the outside signal and sends it to the inside antenna.

4

Expands
Signal

The inside antenna broadcasts the boosted signal to devices inside the home.

Question: How many users can this handle?

Answer: The Basic Home can handle as many people as the cell tower is capable of supporting in the location that it is being used in. The booster is just taking that signal in, amplifying it, and repeating it into the home or building. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to call our customer support at 866-294-1660 or email our online support at [email protected] Thank you and have a great day!

Asked by Herb 5 months ago

Question: Hello, We purchased a home in 2018 and the previous owners recommended that we purchase from Amazon the weBoost Home 4G (470101) cell phone signal booster. We then purchased this system in July 2018 for $275.41 and have never installed it. Because we had no issues with our home cell phone signal. It is still unopened and in the the original Packaging! Last month we purchased a 2019 Class A motorhome. We were wondering if this system can be used in our Motorhome? Or I if your company has any suggestions for adapting this system. Or can it be exchanged for a weBoost system for our Motorhome? We appreciate your consideration in this matter sine my wife and I are both disabled senior citizens on a limited income. Thank you, Herb Mullins

Answer: Thank you for reaching out to us! You may be able to use this system in a Class A motorhome but is not certified for this use. This system is meant for home use and is required to be used only while stationary. The antennas also need either a 20 ft. vertical or 50 ft. horizontal separation. We are unable to exchange the booster but we are willing to work with you so that we can get your booster up and running at its full potential. Please feel free to contact our support team at 866-294-1660 or email our online team at [email protected] We would be happy to help in any way we can! Thank you!
