Question: If an extension is required, is it better to extend the inside anrenna cable or the outside antenna cable

Answer: Thank you for your question! We recommend the inside antenna because you don't want to lose signal from the outside antenna because that's where the power comes from. If you can provide better cabling then that would be the best since you can afford to extend without losing as much signal. This cable should be okay though to use and should be used sparingly. 10 ft. shouldn't give you too much loss. Good luck! Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!

Question: I just received my new Drive 4G Wifi booster and it works great. I need a cable extension and found this one... 10 ft RG58 Low Loss Foam Coax. Is this the correct cable for my application?

Answer: Thank you for reaching out to us! This extension has the correct ends for most mobile boosters, but we recommend staying away from extensions when at all possible. The loss through cable is a big concern with RG58 extensions. For additional questions, you can reach us here: http://support.weboost.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
