We live in the panhandle of Florida and have ATT service our

We live in the panhandle of Florida and have ATT service our contract thru them doesn't expire for another year and didn't want to make to pay off our new phones which would have been in the thousands. A friend had recommended the we boost. Took me a few months to decide whether to spend the $500.00 for fear we would be in the same boat as we were before in not hsving signal. Well went ahead and got it and sure enough we now can use our devices. The draw back is not all over the house but in the one room where we set it up. Good enough for us b

Great performance!

We bought this 3 months ago and it works better than we expected!! We had to stand still at one window to use our cell phones before installing this unit. Now we can be anywhere in or out of the house and get good cell service.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Question: Can this antenna be placed behind a cabinet door out of sight or does it have to unobstructed?? I am wanting to purchase RV system that this antenna comes with. We are full time RV'ers

Answer: Thank you for your question! It can be but the coverage will not be as far as if it was unobstructed. We typically recommend that the inside antenna be clear to see and in a place where the phones will be used the most. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!

Question: I have a 45' RV, I bought a RV 65 and will be installing tomorrow. Is there a guide as to broadcast "cone" of this antenna or estimation of how far away from the Indoor antenna I should see an improvement?

Answer: Thanks for the question! Typically is is in a teardrop shape but can range up to 10 miles however the antenna can only pick up signal by what is in the immediate area rather than reaching out and grabbing signal. The distance from the inside antenna depends on the outside signal and how strong it is. It's like a megaphone where when spoken into you can cover more area than if you were to whisper into it. The same concept goes for our amplifiers. With a little signal outside you might see a small coverage area but with more signal you'll see more coverage. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!

Question: We purchased the 4G Booster. Internet, texting & battery life have improved however we still do not receive phone calls in our home except in one small area and infrequently. Is a second interior antenna an option?

Answer: Thank you for your question! A 2nd antenna will not work in this situation since adding a 2nd antenna will only cut your signal in half. We only recommend adding a 2nd inside antenna when there's already good signal outside for the booster to be split into and 2nd area of the home. I'm unsure what booster you have since we have many 4G boosters. I would have to know what your outside signal is like before making a recommendation for you in how to best help your situation, but I assume that making calls is difficult. Please reach out to us so that we can assist you further! If there's any other questions that need to be addressed, please give us a call at 866-294-1660 or contact our online support at: [email protected] Thank you!

Question: What is the difference in using this interior antenna or the 4G Interior Wall Mount Panel Antenna | 311135 with the 4G-X booster?

Answer: Thank you for your question. Both of these antennas are the same in coverage, but have different connectors. The 311135 is used with the Connect 4G-X, because it has N-Female connectors to fit the Wilson 400 cable style. The 311155 antenna has an F-Female connector. Asked by JLC58 4 years ago

Question: Does this have to be mounted on a wall or can it be mounted on the ceiling? Also, is there any difference in the 301155 antenna and this one, 311155? If mounted on the ceiling, does the ceiling have to be flat or can it be slanted?

Answer: The only difference between the 311155 and the 301155 is the part number. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. You will want to make sure that your beam is going the appropriate direction. If you place the antenna on the wall, with the cable coming out of the bottom, you will have a 70° horizontal beam and 50° vertical beam. That does not change when you place the antenna on the ceiling, so make sure that the 70° angle is to the widest portion of the home. You can mount the antenna on whatever angle you wish, just take the beam into consideration and make sure that you are going to get the coverage in the area you want. The antenna puts out some signal outside of the 70° and 50° angles, but not very much.
