How It Works

Signal boosters increase cell signal by collecting signals with a powerful antenna, delivering those signals to the booster, amplifying the cell signals so your devices receive them, and delivering your device's boosted signals back to the cell tower.

1

Receives
Signal

The booster reaches out to the cell tower to access voice, text and data signals while parked.

2

Boosts
Signal

The booster receives the outside signal, amplifies it up to 32x and sends it to the inside antenna.

3

Expands
Signal

The inside antenna broadcasts the boosted signal to devices inside the RV

Better than hoped for

Was very hesitant to purchase because of the heavy price, but Wilson boosters have been a quality product for a long time. Really couldn't match up against similar products. We have a travel trailer and spend about 6 weeks of the camping season in a location that gives us maybe 1 bar of 1X or 3G if we hold our tongues just right. Took my time getting it set up, paying particular attention to equipment location. You really need to plan where that antenna mast will be situated on the first shot. When powered up the first time had all green indications on the controller and our cell reception jumped to 3-4 bars of 4G. The 30' mast gets that antenna up and over a lot of obstructions, but getting it in position is almost a circus juggling act. Overall, very pleased with the product and hope it will prove itself more over time.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Weboost is great

I multiple weboost products. All are great. The customer service is top notch, 5 star. The only negative thing I have to say about the RV65 is the telescoping pole. Mine is stuck open, seems like one of the cams is locked up and i cannot get it to retract.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Go for it it will work

I was a skeptic in the beginning. On Land in South GA we had no cell service No calls no internet nothing one bar in someplace but move two fee and it was gone the wind would change and service would come and go. Finally I got a weboost rv65 with a quick rough install plunged it in and 30 seconds later full bars. next weekend put in a wifi hot pot and could stream Netflix no problem and have 3 users on phone at same time

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Very impressed with the Product, Service and Care.

I could not be happier with this product and the WeBoost team. I always liked their product and honestly, has been always working for me flawlessly. This product allows me and my friends to be connected on remote places. Our RV became the network of our boon docking group :-). The customer service is something unreal. I was impressed by the level of care, efficiency and courtesy provided to be by WeBoost. I can certainly say they not only exceeded my expectations, but also made me think about how few companies nowadays have the same level of quality and care as WeBoost. One thing to be sure is when purchasing a WeBoost product, you are also getting an amazing service. The great experience starts with the installation. It is impressive how much thought and care were devoted to make the entire process incredible easy. Honestly, you can easily install yourself, all steps are clearly labeled, well explained, full of pictures and straight to the point. The second great experience is when you turn the device on. It feels like providing life to your devices, allowing you to stay connected in places where you couldn't before. It is always a peace of mind to know that you can use your cellphone in case something happens to you on the road or just to improve your quality of life. Finally, the service. You have the WeBoost team to support you if you need. The level of care, respect and attention provided here is amazing. This is a company where you can be sure to have a person dedicated to help you, compared to all the automated customer services that you see nowadays. My experience with WeBoost was great either by Phone or e-mail, it is your call how you want to interact with them. Thank you WeBoost not only for the great product, but also the excellent service. I honestly could not be happier with my decision to go with you guys to keep me connected in the remote corners of our country.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Question: How does a WiFi signal affect the weboost 65, we have satellite WiFi at home base when not traveling Thanks Michael 🇺🇸⚓️

Answer: Thank you for your question! The WiFi signals should not affect the booster. The weBoost system only works with cellular signals, so the WiFi should not have an affect on how the system performs. Having the weBoost antennas close to any other antennas may cause some interference. The booster would notify you of this by showing a red light and can be fixed by separating the antennas. The booster will have to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is moved. Other than that, your booster should not be affected by the satellite WiFi. If you have any other questions that need to be addressed, please feel free to reach back out to us at 866-294-1660 or email us at [email protected] Thank you and have a great day!

Question: Will this work in a remote cottage out in the country that has no cell service in Newfoundland, Canada ? Our cottage is ran by generator with no electricity hookup. We have tried many different ones and has had no success.

Answer: No, I'm sorry but it will not help in areas where there's no signal available. There needs to be a signal for the amplifier to use before it can be amplified. If you have any issues or if there are any other questions or find concerns, please let us know! Our contact info for our US-based phone support is at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected]

Question: How long before this will be compatible with 5g e?

Answer: I'm sorry, but 5G will not be compatible with our current amplifiers. We look forward to designing a new amplifier that will cover 5G frequencies but the technology is not prevalent enough to justify creating one for now. Thank you for the question though!

Answer: I'm sorry, but our amplifiers will not be compatible for 5G at the moment. We look forward to future options to have 5g become a part of our line but for now 5G is not prevalent enough to become a necessity for our company. Thank you for your question though!

Question: Do any of your boosters work on 12 V DC? I am looking for a solution for my RV that would not need 120 V AC when boondocking.

Answer: Thank you for your question! Yes, most of our mobile applications are DC based power supplies. If you purchase the Drive 4G-X RV it comes with an AC power supply and you'll have to purchase the DC option which is the 859913 on our website. If there's any other questions or concerns, please let us know by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thanks again!

Question: Can the inside signal be split to use 2 antennas inside. If I am within 5ft of the antenna I get signal would like to split the signal one for the front of the RV and one in the back

Answer: Thank you for your question! It's not a good idea because you'll be splitting the coverage in half and the losing some from the splitter as well as from the extra coax. It's not a good idea to split inside a mobile solution because of the loss of coverage. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!

Question: Hello, how can I get more of the self adhesive plates to connect the rv 65 exterior antenna? I followed the instructions, but now am afraid I need to relocate my external antenna, as I have all green lights, but unfortunatley no better signal in my rv. Having said that, I would like to attempt relocating the exterior antenna before I decide to return this product. Was really hoping this would work well for us after reading all the great reviews, but unfortunatley it has not improved our situation Thanks in advance

Answer: Thank you for your question! I'm sorry that it's not working for you! I wonder what the issue might be. We can send you some adhesive through the mail. I am wondering if there's issues through the components or the connector on the amplifier since that has happened before with these units. We can send out replacement parts for the antennas and cables as well as the connector. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!
