  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for all vehicle and residential cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for 2 years against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  Will the Home Room cover my entire home?

  No. The Home Room booster system is designed to boost cellular connectivity and signal strength for one room or up to 1,500 sq. ft., depending on the strength of your outside signal.

  Does the Home Room system work in an RV?

  No. We don’t recommend using a home cellular signal booster in your RV. Our Home Room signal booster kit is specially designed and optimized for in-home use. For a cell phone booster that’s specially designed for use in an RV, shop our line of RV cell phone signal boosters.

  Can I use the Home Room in an apartment building?

  Yes. The Home Room is designed to improve cell coverage inside a small home or apartment.

  Will the Home Room boost more than one carrier at a time?

  Yes. The Home Room is a multi-user cell signal booster, so it will boost cell signal for multiple carriers and cellular-connected devices simultaneously.

  Can I install the Home Room myself?

  Yes. The Home Room system comes with everything you need for complete installation. With a desktop antenna that rests on any flat surface and an outdoor antenna that can easily mount to a deck railing, the weBoost Home Room allows for seamless tool-free installation.   Can I install more than one Home Room booster in my home?

  Yes. You can install multiple Home Room devices in your home, but we don’t typically recommend it. Installing multiple boosters could cause oscillation issues and reduce the effectiveness of your booster. For a greater coverage area in your home, we recommend installing a stronger booster such as the Home MultiRoom or Home Complete.

  How do I install a weBoost cell phone signal booster?

  To install a weBoost booster kit, download the weBoost app. Designed to provide guided installation instructions, videos, and information to help you install the outside antenna, booster, inside antenna, and signal-carrying cables. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install your booster the right way, the first time. The app will start by measuring your current cell signal, then finalize installation by showing how much your coverage has improved. The proof is in the app.
