Question: Is it a 50 ohm? So many typos on frequency range. Why does anyone need between 700-2300 MHz when the outdoor antenna cover 700-2700 MHz?

Answer: I am sorry for the confusion. Our antennas and splitters are both capped and tested in the 700-2700 MHz range, as most cellular devices function within those frequencies. Yes, this is a 50 ohm splitter. I will work with our system integrator to ensure the website reflects the correct information, and again, apologize for the miscommunication.
