Question: Can this be used with the 470101 booster? If so how far apartshould the inside and outside antenna be?

Answer: Thank you for your question! Yes, it can be. Since it's an omni antenna it should be a little farther apart than the directional antenna since the beam is in a 360 degree area instead of the direction of the outside antenna is pointed. I would only watch for red lights or red blinking lights on the amplifier since that indicates feedback which requires the antennas to be further apart. I would just get the antennas as far as possible away from each other but we've seen better performance and less issues when the outside antenna was raised higher than the inside antenna. If there's any other questions or concerns, please let us know by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thanks again!

Question: I am using the Huawei Wi-Fi Router B310-518 Unlocked and the netbuddy sim card for at&t cellular internet at my home. Not sure if i can get a weboost system and hook it to the external antenna ports on my Huawei Wi-Fi Router to boost the signal. Im getting 1-2 bars of signal in my house and would like a more solid 2-3 bars.

Answer: Thank you for your question! If you were to do this, we only recommend using the inside antenna next to the router and not connecting directly to the router since directly connecting the amplifier to the router can damage it and cause it to not work properly. As well, directly connecting the amplifier to the router will only cause noise and will not help but diminish your signal you already have. Again, if you want to try it, simply place the inside antenna next to the router and it should be able to pick up the amplified signal for AT&T. Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with by calling our customer support at 866-294-1660 or our online support at [email protected] Thank you!

Question: What would be the best Omni antenna for a connect 4g with Verizon & AT&T 3-4 bars signal strength on roof. House is in a valley so no signal is in the basement.

Answer: Thank you for your question. There are a few different options, but the directional antenna is typically recommended over the omni in most cases. We would like to work with you to determine if the omni would benefit you most in your area.
