Question: will this antenna work with a Samsung Network Extender (Verizon)? If so, what adapters will I need to get from your cable to the extender remote antenna port?

Answer: In order to know which adapters you might need, we would need to know the exact model number of your extender so we can be sure to make the most accurate recommendation. We recommend submitting a ticket here for assistance: https://www.weboost.com/us/support-center/ Keep in mind, this antenna is only best rated for the 1900 band. If you are concerned about covering data, we might recommend the yagi antenna- 314475.

Question: I have a cabin that is just out of cell range, I would like to be able to hook a cellular security camera up but did not have cellular service can a boost the service there?

Answer: Our systems are boosters, so there has to be signal in order to amplify signal. If there is some signal at the location, our systems will boost it. If you are not able to make a call from the proposed antenna location, there might not be enough signal to amplify. You can reach Customer Support for a product recommendation at 866-294-1660.

Question: i have cable internet in my shop, my house is about 300 ft away. Can i pull wifi that far on my house computer with decent speed? What do i need?

Answer: Our boosters have not been extensively tested with WiFi signals. We can help boost certain frequencies, but we cannot guarantee the strength or to what degree we can boost. This antenna is only rated for the 1900 band, and it is likely that your WiFi could utilize more bands, rendering the antenna obsolete. I would recommend looking into a wide band antenna that supports 700-2700: 314411, since WiFi can go all the way up to 2.4Ghz.

Question: I have a W.E.Sleek 4G mobile booster that works great in my vehicle.  I'd like to use it at a cabin as well.  I'd like to mount an external antennae there that I could connect to when I'm there--could you recommend one that would work?

Answer: The best options to cover all major US carriers/frequencies is the Wide Band Directional Antenna (314411): https://weboost.myshopify.com/products/314411 You will also need Wilson400 cable, adapter 971108, and 971125 (not seen on our site). If you have any questions about the parts, or how to connect everything, please contact us at 866-294-1660.
